Jennifer A. Thompson, CFP®, CTFA®, ChFC®, CLU®

Jennifer is a Wealth and Fiduciary Advisor for SouthState Wealth. She serves the greater Savannah/Hilton Head/ Bluffton/ Beaufort markets. She is focused on client relationship management and delivery of trust and fiduciary services. She has a passion for service. She attended The University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia where she obtained an M.B.A. on a Rotary Scholarship. She also attended Duke University where she earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science and played on the varsity tennis team.   Jennifer began her career in wealth management on Hilton Head in 1997, working mostly with Registered Investment Advisory firms and more recently at a large national bank as a Senior Trust Advisor and Executive Director. She has deep expertise managing complex relationships and delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions to her clientele. She has been a member of the Hilton Head Area Council of Estate and Financial Advisors since 1999 where she served in several roles including president. She is also a board member of the Saint Luke's Foundation and the Esther Project. Jennifer is a 2000 graduate of Leadership Hilton Head and a sustaining member of The Junior League of Savannah. Jennifer resides on Hilton Head Island where her family has lived since 1976. She has two young adult children. Jennifer enjoys spending time with family, traveling and any chance to be outside especially on the water. She is an active member of Saint Luke’s Anglican Church.
