Access Features Quickly with Your Phone


Text banking1 offers an on-the-go resource to get quick responses to inquiries about your account(s). You can use any mobile phone with text capabilities.

Once enrolled in online banking, you can text the following short codes to 89870 to receive information about your accounts:

Request Balance   BAL
Request Balance of Specific Account   HIST + Account Nickname
Request Transfer   XFER <from account nickname> <to account nickname> <amount>


Choose on the account you want to monitor under “Account Preferences” in the Mobile App, and click SMS/Text to allow messages for that account.
