Online Banking

How do I enroll?

Click on Login on the homepage, then Enroll Now for Online Banking on the login box on the homepage.  If you need assistance please contact us at (800) 277-2175.
 

How do I access my eStatements?

  1. Log in at www.SouthStateBank.com or the Mobile App
  2. Click Account Services
  3. Click Statements & Documents
  4. Select the Account from the drop down menu
  5. Select the Document Type from the drop down menu
  6. Select the Time Period
  7. Click Continue
 

Can I make payments to my SouthState credit card through Online Banking?

Yes. You can use BillPay to make payments or click on your credit card within Online and Mobile Banking to access the website where you can make payments.
 

What is Online Banking?

SouthState’s Online Banking is a way to access your bank accounts wherever you have Internet access. With Online Banking, you can view detailed information on transactions and account balances, transfer money between SouthState accounts or to other financial institutions, pay bills or pay people. You'll also be able to see your full financial picture by linking all of your accounts from other financial institutions and services and by using our budgeting tools to get insights on your spending.
 

Are there any fees associated with Online Banking?

SouthState does not charge a fee to access your accounts with Online Banking.
 

Can I export my transactions?

You can export your transactions only in Online Banking.
  1. Click on Account Tile to view Transactions.
  2. Click this export icondownload icon
  3. Click the format you would like to export in.
  4. You will then have the option to open or save your file.
 

Where can I view copies of posted/deposited checks or deposit slips?

You can view your check images in your transaction history or go to Account Services and then click Statements & Documents.
 

How do I update my email address?

In both Online Banking and the Mobile App:
  1. Select Preferences.
  2. Select Contact Information.
  3. Enter in new email address.
 

How do I change my Username?

In both Online Banking and the Mobile App:
  1. Select Preferences.
  2. Select Security Preferences.
  3. Select Change Login ID.
  4. Enter new Login ID.
  5. Select Save new Login ID
 

What if I forget my Login ID?

Click on the Forgot Login ID link located within the Login box in the top right of the web page.
 

What if I forget my Online Banking Password?

Click on the Forgot Password link located within the Login box in the top right of the web page.
 

If I have a SouthState credit card, will I be able to see anything other than my credit card balance in Online Banking?

Only balances are available through Online Banking.  To view more details such as transactions and payment history, click the Credit Card info link in Online Banking to login to the Credit Card platform or you can access from the drop down menu on SouthStateBank.com.
 

Will I see all of my SouthState credit cards in Online Banking?

Yes, you will see any open credit card for which you are an owner. However, some cards may not be visible depending on the status (i.e. closed card).
 

Are there certain computer requirements for Online Banking?

Yes, SouthState’s Online Banking supports the following browsers:
  • Apple Safari version 5.0 and higher
  • Google Chrome 38 and higher
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox 27 and higher
  • Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10
 

Where can I find a list of my Scheduled Transfers?

  1. Select Transfer and Pay.
  2. Scroll down and select Online Activity.
  3. Select Recurring.
 

How do I search by check number?

  1. Click on this filter icon.
  2. Add starting check # and ending check #
 

Where do I find my check images?

You can view your check images in your transaction history or go to Account Services and then click Statements & Documents.
 

Where can I find my previously issued Stop Payments?

  1. Transfer & Pay
  2. Online Activity
  3. Click the filter icon
  4. Select the Transaction Type dropdown, and select Stop Payment
